DC Jain Real Estate Services was born from a dream and a vision. The seeds of DC Jain Real Estate Services were sown by the father of Shri. Dharam Chand Jain in the early 1990s. We began by laying the foundation in a small office in South extension, New Delhi, India. Back then Gurugram was just a sleepy village, and real estate was neither structured nor trusted. With a strong belief in the power of real estate to change lives, he moved to Gururgam and began building a legacy.
Despite the financial challenges and lack of knowledge of real estate back then, he remained steadfast. Back then people didn’t understand real estate as an asset in gurugram. It was considered as just a necessity to have a roof on the head. However, that very necessity has evolved into a form of luxury, investment, aspiration and long term wealth creation.
Gururgam: From a village to a Global City
Back in the 1980s, Gurugram was just an unrecognised village. But, its proximity to the Delhi International Airport, created opportunities for growth. My father and I witnessed the transformation of Gurugram. Starting from how companies and developers moved from Delhi to Gurugram. However, at that time, acquiring land was the most challenging task. Despite all the odds, Together we laid the foundation for the ground work in India’s most Prominent real estate corridors.
