We understand that Education, health and environmental sustainability are the three pillars to create sustainable communities. As a responsible organisation we are committed to make a positive impact on society through our corporate social responsibility initiatives.

We actively support initiatives that empower young minds by education. As education is the key to break barriers and create opportunities that will help an individual to be independent. We are committed to skill development, the most necessary aspect in today’ s time. We also aim to contribute by supporting health care access and promoting awareness programs. We take conscious steps to protect the environment through eco-friendly practices and green initiatives.

We at DC Jain real estate services promote and practice sustainability in daily operations. Starting from our work place we advocate sustainability. Starting from our Board of directors and including the employees we have been using EVs as our daily mode of convenience, contributing in the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and air pollution. Thus enhancing bio diversity and improving air quality. We advocate for a plastic-free lifestyle by promoting reusable alternatives like glass, metal, and biodegradable materials. Everyday, we continue to move forward towards helping combat climate change and ensure a healthier planet.

A Glimpse to our Initiative

1. CSR Cloth Donation Drive

This Diwali, we at DC Jain Real Estate Services extended our celebration of Diwali beyond lights and decorations into the warmth of giving.

Our 2025 Cloth Donation Drive, held from September 15th to October 9th at our Time Tower office, witnessed overwhelming participation from our community, clients, and partners.
We express our sincere gratitude to everyone who contributed to this noble cause.

Your thoughtful donations will not only bring comfort but may also help save lives this winter, wrapping those in need with warmth, care, and hope during the season’s coldest nights.

Your generosity helped us spread comfort, dignity, and joy to those in need, reflecting the true essence of Diwali- sharing light and kindness.

2. Anudip Foundation

We firmly believe that empowering communities begins with empowering youth. In line with this vision, we recently launched a meaningful collaboration with Anudip Foundation to nurture young minds through digital literacy, communication skills, and life skills.

This initiative is designed to bridge the gap between education and employability by equipping students with practical knowledge and workplace readiness. Through a series of workshops, engaging activities, and mentorship-driven interactive sessions, we aim to help today’s youth become the leaders of tomorrow.

Health

3. National Skills and Environment Protection Foundation (NSEPF)

On International Women’s Day, we had the privilege of collaborating with the National Skills and Environment Protection Foundation (NSEPF), which marked the start of an invaluable collaboration.

Motivated by a common goal to give back to society, DC Jain Real Estate Services volunteered to lead an educational session on women’s health and nutrition. The goal of the session was to emphasize the value of self-care and to promote general well-being.

The workshop, which was thoughtfully planned by the NSEPF team, sought to increase knowledge of important facets of health, such as basic medical care, mental well-being, and the benefits of consuming a balanced diet.
